The Georgia Aquarium

I may have mentioned that we visited the Georgia Aquarium recently. Actually, Rob's parents took Andrew for his birthday. And they invited the parents and Baby Ben also.

We arrived at 9:30 and were done by 11:30. Just when the crowds became intense and the scene quite claustrophobic. If you have small children, or just want to enjoy the Aquarium, I highly suggest you make a 9:30 appointment.

Andrew loved, loved the Aquarium (have I mentioned that Rob's company built this record-setting aquarium? No? Well they did.). He was mesmerized by the colorful fish, the huge sharks, and the playful otters. And of course, crawling through the penguin tunnel was a highlight of the day.

I finally dressed the boys in matching outfits!
Surprisingly, Ben loved the Aquarium as well. He was entranced by the fish.
But this is about the birthday boy, right? Well it was kind of hard to shoot a moving target! Right, daddy?
Gotcha!
This might be the only time he stood still by a fish tank. He preferred the look while you are running approach to fish viewing.
Baby Ben, on the other hand, was happy to just stand and "pet" the fish.
Because running around an Aquarium for two hours didn't deplete Andrew's energy, we headed across the street to a park. And managed to have our picture snapped.

Thanks, grandparents for a wonderful trip! We all had a blast!

I never thought I would be the kind of mom that would dress her children in the same outfit, but I have to confess I do it and think it's really cute. Wow, Andrew looks like your family so much. Cute boys!
