Two Months

Better late than never, right? Even if I am posting this when Ben is closer to three months than two. But, he did start smiling during his second month! Of course, it it so hard to catch on camera. Ben also began "talking". He loves to coo and gurgle at his mama! He is very content to sit in his bouncy seat or under his new activity gym. Ben has been a great car traveler. Which has been a blessing as we were out of town three of the four weekends in December!

Thanks to Andrew, Ben has already had a cold and RSV. I joked with the doctor that between Ben and Andrew (who also has had bronchitis twice in the last month) that we paid for his family's Christmas. Even though we haven't had the official two-month weight/height check (the dr. cancelled the appt and rescheduled for Jan 13th), at his last dr. visit for being sick, he weighed 13 pounds and 14 ounces.

The last couple of days he has slept from 11:30pm to 5am. And then from 5 am until around 7 or 7:30am. So we are making progress with the whole sleeping through the night issue. Mama is relieved.
