Halloween Fun

Even though Andrew is too young to go around the neighborhood and trick or treat, I still wanted (needed) any excuse to dress him up. And, Rob and I found the cutest "real" cowboy shirt while we were visiting Nashville. Real as in the shirt was made by Wrangler, ya'll. It doesn't get anymore cowboy than Wrangler. He just "had" to be a cowboy for halloween! For a short time he even wore my older brother's toddler-sized cowboy boots. Which, were only about 5 sizes to big. But they were too cute not to wear for pictures!

Even though we skipped on the trick or treating, we went to Sherwood's Candyfest. Andrew was the cutest cowboy in attendence, naturally.

At first, Andrew was quite brave with the petting zoo. Checking out the animals. Sticking his hand in the fence.
Until a goat licked him. And, he backed as far as he could into his Daddy!

Andrew was a bit concerned as to why his friends has funny things on their heads. His finger stayed in his mouth the whole time in utter confusion!

If his finger wasn't in his mouth, he was making this face. TOTAL confusion!! I hope I didn't ruin him from ever dressing up again! Aren't the cowboy boots precious?!

Thankfully, Andrew does not yet know what candy even is. I let him play with the suckers and smarties all week. He was thoroughly entertained crinkling the paper and placing the candy in different baskets.

He sniffed out the chocolate real quick, though. Before I knew it, he had bitten off half of a peanut butter cup and was eating the chocolate foil and all!!
