I know alot of parents "claim" that their child is a genius, but mine really IS.
And, I should know. I did test the IQ of children almost everyday when I was a school psychologist.
While this particular content was not on any IQ test that I can remember, I am certain that Andrew's creativity is a sure sign that his IQ is in the Superior range. In other words, really, really smart. Or a genius. Whatever.
As we were picking up sticks in the yard the other day (hey, he thinks it is FUN...why not capitalize on that attitude while he is eager to help!), he ran up to me yelling "Mama, starfish, starfish, starfish."
Having no clue why he was talking about a starfish when we are over 100 miles from the ocean, I found my son holding this:
Yep. A starfish. Like I said, he's a genius.
