Beach Trip

Last weekend, we headed down to Mexico Beach with two other couples and their children. The mama's and the kids went down a day earlier than the dads. Because we are mama's and we can do that.

Andrew and his friend had a ball on the beach! Andrew referred to the ocean as the "pool" and we could not keep him out of it! Because Tindall Air Force base is about 10 minutes away from the beach, a constant stream of jets kept Andrew entertained as well.

We go back in a week or so for Fourth of July, and of course, mama and I are leaving early and letting the dads/pa's come when they get off work. Because that's how we roll.

On top of the ginormous sand castle that a marathon-running dad (not in our group) built for his kids......and our kids promptly destroyed.
