Update from the Valentine's post. Rob figured out where the filet's came from. Apparently a sub-contractor he does business with sent the meat as a Christmas gift.

Yep. The meat had been in my freezer for 14 months!!
I could have killed us with year old meat this past Saturday!
Maybe the fact that he almost lost his life from meat that sat in our freezer for 14 months will convince him to take me out to dinner next year?
A girl can dream, right?!
