All my friends were doing it. All his friends were doing it. I put off doing it for as long as I could.
I dreaded the mess. I didn't look forward to always having to do it once I started doing it. I dreaded the mess.
Last night.....I did it.
I put ketchup on Andrew's chicken. In an effort to encourage him to eat more meat. As in any meat other than sandwich meat and hot dogs.
The ketchup worked it's magic like I knew it would. Andrew gobbled up his chicken.
And, I now own enough Spray n Wash to last me well into 2012.

Ketchup is definitely a favorite around here. It even works for vegetables for us. Occasionally.
Ketchup on Veggies?? The thought makes me want to throw up a little in my mouth. But.....I will file this info. away. Who knows??
